This place was great with the previous owners, but now the new management is terrible. I put in my reservation a month and a half in advance, to find out they had forgot to put it in their system. They did take my cat in, however when I went to pick him up, I found his bed to be covered in his own urine. They didn't even clean his bed and made him sleep and lay in it for the week he was there. The employee didn't even know where the light switch was when I went to the back to get him, which showed me that they didn't check u... read more

Dropped our dogs off today and found that Tamra and Perry have sold the kennel and someone else is running it,
Tamara and Perry were there for us for a family emergency during their busy thanksgiving holidays. This was the first time our terrier stayed at a kennel after her rescue adoption. They were so warm and caring during an emotional time and Khaleesi is now excited when we take her for stays. We highly recommend them!!
The owners are wonderful caring people. This is the only kennel we have ever been satisfied with and can leave our dogs knowing they are safe and well taken care of.
Seems impossible but we have almost 17 years' satisfied history with Tamara and Perry, the owners of Alpha Gay taking care of our schnauzers when we travel. First Otto and Ruffles, then Mr. Duke, now Harley and Ivan---all have been excited and glad about "going to camp" at A.G. Loving, friendly, clean and caring. It's like a home away for our canine kids who always come back to us relaxed and happy.
