We motorized our existing driveway gate with a keypad and remote controllers. Alpha Gate & Door provided an estimate, completed the work and provided instruction as promised. Lisa was our point of contact. It is rare to find providers who assess and deliver without any surprises. Will definitely utilize their service for future needs and highly recommend them!

After a recent snow storm we had in DFW, my gate stopped functioning. Gave Alpha Gate & Door a call and Lisa was super helpful. She walked me through how to troubleshoot my gate and we were able to get it working over the phone! Just a straight up and honest company. Super knowledgeable. Thank you so much! Definitely calling them in the future if I need to ever replace my gate or garage door.
The garage door inspection was completed as scheduled. However, inspection depth was unclear. No safety checks were discussed. Communication felt minimal. The service felt standard.
We needed a 16’ steel entry gate to our property repaired and raised. I spoke with Lisa and she immediately scheduled an appointment for us. The service techs came out the next day and completed the project in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and highly skilled.
