I am appalled at the customer service. I submitted by highest bill of $500.00 back in March. I was told that I didn't qualified for the rebated until July. I called last week and again today, and both time the representative could not tell me when I will get my refund. Kept telling me she will escalate it to the highest authority to have it dealt with.
