A new garage door was installed to replace an old tilt door. The whole process was stress free. Quoted the job very fast and installed within 3 weeks. Good communication and customer service.
The level of service and response from Alpha Garage Doors is simply exceptional. Our garage door broke and once a job was logged in the morning, the team was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and have a technician out within three hours with the parts required to repair the door. Not only did they fix the door, they used a better part and lubricated everything so the door works better than ever. Absolutely amazing service and I would recommend them to anyone!

Alpha Garage Doors replaced a broken spring and an old motor a couple years ago and everything has worked without issue. However, after a recent service the door started creaking. Nicole responded very promptly and sent someone out the morning of the call. Michael was great - assured me that everything was still mechanically sound and that a bit of lubrication was all that was required. He even took the time to show me the location of the bearings so I'm able to do it myself in the future. They've got a good crew.
