Steven, Chris, and Antoine did a great job, very professional and quick!
Foundation work requires both brains and brawn, especially when enduring Florida's hottest months of the year. Steven, Chris, and Antoine of Alpha Foundations were up to the task! They were great at communicating arrival times and expectations. At the end of the day, it looked like the work never happened as it was all graded, cement repaired and areas cleaned. Fine work by a great crew out of Apopka! Would recommend them to anyone needing foundation support assistance!
So far the experience has been good. Just got the system installed today they still have to come back once a year for three years unless there is an issue and they need to come sooner. The crew Jonah, Barak, Ben showed up on time and were very respectful. The first thing the Jonah did was go over the plan, how many Jacks they are going to use as discussed at the consultation and how they would go about it and the different materials they would use. Called Alpha Foundations for estimate on repair of driveway. Ken their Certified Field Inspector arrived on time, was in constant contact with me as he was traveling to my home.. Ken is a very knowledgeable/ experienced/ professional person who goes into detail explaining how the job will be accomplished, what materials will be used, what the warranty entails.
