The crew from Alpha foundations was fantastic The foreman ,Malik was awesome as were his crew Andrew , and Kameron. They accomplished all this job in one day.
Chris, Antoine, and George were all very professional. Work was done with precision and timely. Chris the crew leader walked us through everything as well.
The service itself was ok Is suppose, never had to use this kind of service before so I really have no comparison. Does it look great what they left behind? No. But they said that's it, so that's it. However, I would not recommend this company due to an employee behavior - not sure what happened because no explanation as given- but a late charge needed to be done on our account, and Chris Batten, employed by this company, threatened us. We had a problem with excessive moisture under our manufactured home which caused the block piling to slip out of alignment, several times over the past few years. We've had a company come to reset them but that did nothing to stop the moisture. Someone recommended we call Alpha Foundations. Skylar, our inspector, came out and did a thorough inspection under our home and then completed a presentation so we knew and understood what our issues were.
