Love Alpha! I’m a middle school weightlifter and I come to the gym after school. Josh the owner (aka peach yes we all call him that) he is so nice and funny! It is busy in the afternoon though because kids come after school. But I love alpha it is so fun and I love my group and the gym has everything you need!
Small, affordable gym. Has everything you need. Lots of kids in the hours after school but they aren't bothering anybody. Owner is very nice. Solid place to get a good workout with no hassle.
Great gym and great people running it and working out there
