Quite literally the best gym ever! I signed up right after my first class & it’s been the only gym routine I’ve been consistent with and seen results from. The studio itself is always spotless, the community is so welcoming and motivating & the coaches genuinely want you to be the best version of yourself during class. The vibes are always on point! (The Bayonne studio is the best AFC)

Alpha Fit Bayonne is more than just a gym, it is a community. Alpha is for everyone, whether you are just beginning or looking for a challenge. You will never get bored of the workouts…NEVER! You will feel amazing when leaving this place. This gym truly has it all…the coaches are amazing and the members are extremely supportive. Take one class and you will be hooked!
AFC Bayonne’s community is the epitome of “wolf pack energy”. From the coaches to class energy to the members, I feel supported and a sense of belonging. I’ve been to many fitness clubs and boutique gyms, but at AFC, I absolutely love the class structure, equipment, and that coaches focus on good form. Classes and week cycles are a blend of strength training and conditioning. Depending on your fitness level, you can adjust to your levels, but feel accountable with the community’s positive drive and push to see you grow.
I joined this great Fitness Family since day one! And I didnt lose anything, only gained. And I am not talking about my weight (got in a good shape for sure). This is a great community and great fitness exercises. Not toxic, not gym rats, everyone is supportive and smiling. Coaches are great also. Certainly recommend.
