I booked my first class at alpha with coach Andrea, She was incredible!! She led the class incredibly well considering there's a lot going on and I felt a little nervous as it was my first class and all new faces. Andrea and the front desk made me feel very comfortable and welcomed almost as if I had been going for years. Andrea pushed me to do my best and gave me a solid amount of individual attention helping me learn the exercises. I Would highly recommend her to anyone!!
Amazing workouts, instructors are awesome interactive - push you to get results and great music.
I enjoy this gym. The trainers so far are very thorough and i leave there feeling really good

I thought it was amazing how Coach Zoey was so attentive and supportive to the new member in class tonight. She really took the time to make sure she was comfortable with the exercises and that she was doing them properly. She offered different modifications and it showed her level of care for the members as well as her commitment to Alpha Fit Club. Great job Zoey!!!
