This gym has become more than just a place to workout- it's a place where I've grown stronger mentally and physically. The trainers and staff are welcoming, energetic, and push you outside of your comfort zone ( in a great way). I feel grateful to be part of such an encouraging community. Highly recommend!
Alpha is the place to learn, grow, and be better than you were the day before!
AFC Marlton is an inclusive community of people who love to support each other through challenging workouts! The staff always greets you with a smile. The coaches love to have fun but push you !! Everyone is kind and love to celebrate birthday, achievements…just surviving each circuit.
