Excellent fitness facility!
Great music, great workout, great format which encourages teamwork and commoraderie! Highly recommend Alpha Fit.
I have been a member since their location opened up in August and I am loving it. Close to home for me but very welcoming and knowledgeable staff and great facilities. You really feel part of a community with both staff and members recognizing and helping when needed. Would highly recommend especially those who want to get more then just hitting the gym but have never been a fan of classes. This really is a workout but you can work at your own pace and get to the right level for you.
