I have been using Alpha Filtronics for years! It is a family owned business and I love supporting our locally owned businesses! It is important to them that our family is drinking healthy water. I have had some serious health issues before moving here. They were concerned hearing this and made sure I and my family had healthy water. They are professional when arriving at our house. I have used them only because they are the local rep for the softener that was in my home when we moved in. Their prices have always been steep and they always charge more that their initial estimates and to top it off this last experience is the second time the softener won't run after they replaced the resin. I even complained to the service tech about the unit not working right after the previous repair, but guess what? It is still not working properly. I will find another company next time.
