Just got my system (Resin) replaced and got charged $350.00 for the labor involved. Who in the world charges $350.00 for one hour of labor? Just last week, they drew $96.00 for the 5-yr maintenance, which I regularly partake to keep the system in check. So, in one wk, they drew my week's salary worth? Who, Why and How is that possible? Better start looking for another job! I am more than dissapointed with tha managerial outcome! NEVER AGAIN!!!
I purchased my original water softener and whole house purification from Alpha Filtronics in 2002. I recently upgrade my system with the new Puro Tec H2O that is also a softener and whole house purification system. While researching for a new system I found the Puro Tec H2O to have the highest quality of materials and warranty I could find. I purchased my water softener and water purification system from Alpha Flextronics in September 2017. I did a lot of my own research before meeting Cyrus the owner. Cyrus answered all of my questions, which were many and I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. I love my water softener and purification systems and highly recommend Alpha Filtronics. They are the best!

I have used Alpha Filtronics for over 30 years at my Residence with a complete system from water softener to a fresh purified water dispenser in my kitchen sink.
