Wonderful people !! Got two welders repaired and was able to get all the supplies I needed.
SEVERELY unprofessional. I was listening to my dad ask the lady on the phone a simple question. After her telling him they couldn’t help in a very rude manner he asked a question about a rod of some sort , without even answering she goes “sorry sir I can’t help I have to go” and hangs up. Try treating your potential customers a little better then that. Would give zero stars if I could. Fire whoever you have picking up your phones.
