I called the company looking for help and direction with a bad situation. Not only did he explain mold testing lab reports to me in layman’s terms, he offered to come to our home to see the issue for himself. He did not try to sell his service to us or convince us of anything. He was honest, straightforward, professional, and extremely kind. John Papageorge really went above and beyond for my family.
We recently used the professional services of Alpha Environmental Diagnostics for our residential homestead. We called the company to come up to our home to test for mold. The owner of the company, John Papageorge, made an appointment to come up to test our home for air quality and mold. Mr. Papageorge made an appointment for the next morning.
