I went to see Dr. Conlon and was very happy with the consultation. He was very kind and caring, and was able to determine a course forward. He is very busy it seems, it took 2 months to get in to see him, but I feel like I received much better care than with the ENT I saw 2 months ago. I'd highly recommend Dr. Conlon.
I found Dr. Conklin to be detached and seeming in a hurry to get the appointment over. He convinced me to buy hearing aids for $6800.00 and then announced that his audiologist quit and he does not expect to hire another one anytime soon. He told that I can drop my hearing aids off at another office, but I feel uncomfortable about leaving these expensive hearing aids at some office without a sit down appointment. I am very displeased with the care Dr. Conklin provides. I do not recommend this Doctor.
Dr. Conlon is absolutely amazing and wonderful. He care about his patients and remembers you. The front desk lady's are the highlight of my day when I come in I walk in the door and they know me. This place has the nicest and the most knowledgeable people of any ent I have ever met with. Dr. Conlon did my surgery and he made sure I was comfortable and recovered successfully. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone
Broken promises of sending the email with new patient forms. Broken appointment. They called and cancelled my appointment unexpectedly. I did not get that message in time. So I show up and they have appointments for others. But, my appointment, had been given to some other people. The Dr. Is nice and professional, the front desk does unpredictable things, contrary to what was expected.
