Brandi is the best. She made the process of getting a new roof so much easier even when our insurance tried to deny our insurance claim. Brandi fought for us and got us completely covered, she's the best!
After the most recent hurricane, Alpha Elite, Roofing was a blessing! Scott walked us through the process and made us feel at ease. The work was completed in a quick turnaround, and even a few months later, Scott continues to check on us to make sure everything is still good with the new roof. We recently had an excellent experience with Alpha Elite Roofing, which replaced our 22-year-old roof. Our contact was Kevin, who was super-thorough and responsive, answering all of our questions via text, email and in-person meetings. He explained the entire process step by step. When the day arrived, the crew was on the roof by 6:30 a.m., staying until just after 8 p.m., pretty much finishing the whole job in one day.
