Scam be aware!!! This company is a scam. The guy came to my house, gave me a quote and agreed to return the following weekend back in May 2025. The guy, Tommy never return. I call his number so many times with no response. I even called a few days later and he never return my call. I had to call another company to come and fix my garage door. An excellent company. Trust me you won't find anyone better. My Technican " Big Tom" is the best. Great customer service overall and very reasonable rate. Keep up the Good work guys.!! A loyal customer since 2016!!
Person who came didn't even look at the garage door opener and just said entire unit needed replacement. When I asked why, he couldn't even explain properly. And just dropped $500 charge to be done next week. They had already missed 2 appointments and also showed up late, then they tried to up sell me. Buyer beware! BTW: Got everything replaced and installed for $350 with Home Depot.
