Apparent scam...submitted claims to my husband's Medicare and supplement insurance for Covid tests that we never ordered or received. Phone calls go directly to voicemail.
Can’t get these people to answer their phones.
I went to Alpha diagnostics about a month ago for a Covid test to travel- I had been looking all over the place for a test that would get back in time and had been majorly unsuccessful- by the time I got to Alpha it was the day of my flight. They did EVERYTHING they could to get me my test result in time, and they pulled it off! I was so amazed by their care and genuine desire to just help a girl out. Will definitely be sending everyone I know here. Thanks so much!
I was a little hesitant to use a diagnostic lab that was located in a former fast-food place. I was wrong. My wife and I used Alpha to get a COVID test so we could travel - ALPHA was the only place I could find could do the correct type of test (PCR) in the timeframe required. The person who worked with us was friendly and professional. The results were available same-day - as she had told us. The price was reasonable.
