I ordered Lahori falooda at Sugarland location. Milk was taste burnt, bitter and scorched because of over heated. I complained to cashier but he refused to change drink as well as refund. I'm a regular customer of alpha hillcroft branch and never had this issue before. Poor customer service.
Not reviewing for quality but rather the timing advertised. I went to Sugarland location today at 1230 when timing on Google read 1am. Place was locked and everyone was cleaning inside and said it's already closed. This was a convenience issue as it wasted 30 minutes of my life that I won't be able to get back...
Amazing Kashmiri tea, mozzarella sticks, and Dubai chocolate with pistachio ice cream and strawberries. Generous portions.
