I remember calling this company in tears and To y answered the phone and relieved my fears. He didn’t have to be so kind but he informed me of his knowledge and the job on my roof only cost me $300 plus dollars when I had a company tell me that I needed a whole roof replacement a year after my insurance company said that my roof was fine. Both customer service and work done were quick, effective, and very reasonably priced. Tony was extremely pleasant and they even got the work done on a holiday weekend. I would definitely use Alpha Design Services in the future!!
I'm very happy about the service. The team arrived right on schedule and provided clear, detailed communication about the condition of my roof and the associated costs.
Angel was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I called to get a quote on my door, and he came out the same day. His quote was the lowest of several quotes. When the door arrived, installation was efficient. His team was great and cleaned up the area completely. I got exactly what I signed up for. I would definitely use Alpha Design Services again!
