They were always on time, Very communicative and they did a great job.
Alpha Design did a great job, they were on time always and completed everything as scheduled. They were responsive, and always professional. Everything was taken care of
Services provided we scheduled immediately and were accomplished within a couple days of being scheduled. Work was expertly accomplished and Angel was knowledgeable and understood what was needed to be done. I would use their services again. THIS POSITIVE POST WAS NOT POSTED BY THE HOMEOWNER. ALPHA DESIGNS POSTED IT THEMSELVES. THE SERVICE AND REPAIRS THEY PROVIDED WAS POOR AND I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO PROPERLY MAKE THE REPAIRS. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I had the pleasure of working with Alpha Design last week with a roof inspection. My home insurance company unfortunately cancelled my policy and in the midst of fighting for it I had to get a second inspection. I truly appreciate taking the time to listen to my dilemma and have empathy with walking me through the process for next steps.
