Excellent service, I was in/out within 15 minutes. The Dr. was prompt and friendly.
the rating would be ZERO if I could ... Dr Shrager prescribed medication only to NOT complete the pre-authorization and said he did - this went on for over 5 weeks and ended up going to another dermo. Lab results came back positive, and HE NEVER called to let me know, I had to call him. You can NEVER talk to a live person on the phone - they use an answering service to screen calls. AWEFUL - person in the office (Michelle) is also AWFUL - no return email, no follow-up call. I will be reporting a grievance with the Board ... read more
