TWICE I’ve had an awful experience with alpha dental. I’ve been in nothing but pain for two weeks. The first location(Fall River) treats people like garbage. The second location (Taunton) likes to make appointments then look at you like you’re stupid after driving an hour to get there . Still in pain with no resolution but why would they care
I absolutely love the whole staff of Alpha Dental Center in Taunton. I have been seeing Erica for the past few years for cleanings, and she makes me feel very comfortable and like family, and also the rest of the wonderful staff members. Keep up the great work and great customer service. The location is also very nice and the building is inviting, modern, and pretty!!
I'm very disappointed in this office I really liked it here until I ended up with this certain dentist Dr.Shah...At first I trusted her , but as time went on things changed. I ended up having an extraction that went well as time went on I was suffering with so much pain I was taking Tylenol it helped very little...I called this office to see the same dentist she didn't look in my mouth to check if I had a dry socket at all....She took a full face x-ray to check for infection she told me there wasn't an infection so I went ho... read more
