I have never written a google review until now. 0 stars. This store is dysfunctionally managed. I placed an order. Alpha Dental took my money, but never delivered the product. The company ignored my 3 emails and over 10 calls. Still haven't been able to get through to them. One month later my money was refunded. Still haven't heard any explanation. The company continues to refuse to respond to any inquiries. Awful, degrading experience.
