I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. When I booked my appointment, I was told that everything was fine with my insurance, so I proceeded with a simple dental cleaning. Later, I found out that my insurance did not cover the visit, and I was charged $442 out of pocket. What’s even worse, my insurance shows claims for expensive procedures like a crown and core — treatments that I was never informed about and never received. These guys are awesome! I recently lost my two front teeth and not only did they take good care of me throughout the process, they gave me a wicked deal with no pressure. I'm so grateful for the staff here and I love how everything is new with the location. Thanks again for helping me with a tragic moment!
I visited Brentwood Dental for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I arrived with a tooth ache and a great deal of apprehension as I avoid dental visits. The team did a fantastic job of working with me to reduce the apprehension, determine the issue, and resolving the issue. Dr Shivji was great.
