Dental experience is always great but the receptionist are consistently rude. I understand you are at work and it can be difficult to deal with customer service issues but I have had consistent rude interactions with the ladies at the front. Watch your tone and the way you communicate with people because at the end of the day we are all human and it is quite literally your job to help customers. Brentwood Dental to the rescue today !! Pain was so bad I had to call in to make an appointment, I was hoping to get in sooner than later . The receptionists asked if I had time now !! I was like yes I am on my way. Dr.Shivji was a saviour today. Not only did he explain step by step what he was going to do he also ensured my nerves were calm. The dental team here is excellent and has gone above and beyond to help me through multiple complex dental issues over the past few years. My family has also had several urgent care needs for infections and dental injuries, and they always fit us in right away and follow up to make sure we're okay. My kids see Dr. Safa, and he and the hygiene staff are excellent with them.
