I had a great experience at Dr. Cha’s office. The staff is professional and welcoming, and Dr. Cha is very knowledgeable. He explained my options in detail and made sure I understood the treatment process. I left feeling very confident about my care
I have been going here since 2020. I had no complaints about their service and they have always done everything right. However, I was told I needed my wisdom teeth extracted so I booked one for the following week after I was told. I show up to that appointment, and they tell me at counter that the dentist is very busy today so we wont be proceeding with the extraction today. I love this dental office everyone is very nice, especially Anna Marie who greets you right away.
I highly recommend Dr. Cha. He did a bottom implant denture for my sister that has finally resolved her dental issue dilemma. Jina and Anna Marie are the first to greet you and walk you through the process. They treated us with compassion and kindness. Thank you for taking great care of my sister!
Horrible services I walked in there just to see the girl working taking pictures setting up for procedures and while a pt laid in the dental bed. I walked to the restroom and she was there taking pictures of herself in the mirror. I asked for her name and she laughed i decided to get treatment and not ever come back to this place
