Amazing, helpful, and kind. This is the kind of customer service that should be taught in customer service school (is there such a thing, I digress). Support local business. This is your store Libby, these guys and gals are amazing at what they do. Two times I've went in and two times I was out the door in less than five minutes. Amazing!
Alpha Computers was very helpful when the power supply failed on my work computer! They stayed after hours to make sure I was fixed up for the next day.
