I took a laptop to Alpha Computers to be wiped and set up for another user. Their customer service was great and Kyle gave me both a time and cost estimate. It came in the same on both and he even made some helpful suggestions along the way. Highly recommend them.
Felt very judged when I was there. Came in to get help with a computer that I'd had bought from aichivments. The teenager sitting at the desk was very snooty and had his phone pointing at me thee whole time. The guy that helped me was nice but definitely overcharged me for some little USB drive. Then kicked me out randomly in the middle of helping me. Idk all around very disappointed. Steven tho at the counter was very cool and nice so that's were your 1 star came from. Mabey next time dont judge a book by it's cover.
Alpha computers! It's all in the name. It's been around for a while. It stood the test of time, and I hope it'll be around for a while yet😊
I hear very good things about this place. I'm always in need of arts and crafts
