We run high performance, custom build, business machines for process modeling (not mining). Operation is 24/7 360 at high loads and down time is expensive. When a work station fails, Alpha Computer is the preferred vendor to get it back online and has come through 100% of the time.
He brought my laptop back from the dead. My gaming laptop wasn't booting after I'd tried to replace the thermal pads and paste. I was worried I'd fried something. The owner was able to get it working again by essentially taking everything out and reseating it. I'd tried doing that a few times, but I guess he's got a better touch at it than me. I got support from Paul (the owner) here who was super kind to work with. I was able to walk right in and sit next to him as he worked through my laptop’s audio issue. I was stressed because I needed an urgent fix for the start of school. Paul navigated around the issue with evident intuition and skill and was able to quickly find the fix that was needed and patched it. I was very happy with the quick and successful service and would certainly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their computer patched around here!
