I got support from Paul (the owner) here who was super kind to work with. I was able to walk right in and sit next to him as he worked through my laptop’s audio issue. I was stressed because I needed an urgent fix for the start of school. Paul navigated around the issue with evident intuition and skill and was able to quickly find the fix that was needed and patched it. I was very happy with the quick and successful service and would certainly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their computer patched around here!
