Had an iMac 1 year old slowing down and not being reliable. Took it to Alpha Computer Center in Richland. They diagnosed the problem which was a bad hard drive. They were able to backup all my data and programs despite the disk going bad. The restoration to a new solid state hard drive was perfect! I only had to login to my AppleId. The rest was there!!
