Alpha repaired AC in the midst of a heat wave. They were exceptional. Kurtis was the technician and he was excelllent - very informative and solved the problem effectively and efficiently. Will absolutely use them again. Thank you Alpha.
Called them for a quote, and they came by quickly to diagnose the issue. Nowhere did they mention they would charge for the diagnosis ($200 for a 10 min exterior only visit). They sent me a quote and then a separate bill for the diagnostic fee. Every repair company I've dealt with covers the diagnostic fee (or applies it into the service cost) if you go with them and we would have if they did the same! Absolutely terrible experience . Myself and my neighbor had some gas smell complaint , they arrived quick and never mentioned that they would charge for quote which was $200, they mentioned the job will take $1000 and we would have been fine until they argued that we will also need to pay $200 for quotation beside the $1000 for work . Terrible customer service . Not only we paid them for $200 which was never on the books. We were able to complete the work by another company who charged us 50% less than they quoted.
