Very professional and knowledgeable technicians.
Alpha Comfort does not stand behind their work. Completed install of HVAC system on April 2023. Issue: the a/c has been running the whole day and the temperature is not going down/even staying the same Since it now June of 2024 (and technically out of warranty for 2 months) they want to charge to send a technician to identify the issue. I gave a call to try to resolve this in an acceptable manner and they were not flexible in offering a solution I would not recommend Alpha Comfort Control to friends or family
Do not hire this company! They charged $3000 for two separate repairs within a few months of each other, only to advise after additional issues that the boiler should be replaced. They quoted $15,000 and then said the mechanical room is too small and they are unwilling to do the work. Scam.
