I visited to have the shattered sunroof on my car fixed. Alpha Collision were efficient in dealing with ICBC, provided me a loaner, and got my car back to me faster than expected. The repair looked like new and they left the car beautifully washed and vacuumed. Friendly service, too.

Had a solid experience with Derek and Garrett at the shop. They’re clearly knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to vehicle repairs. I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. The equipment is outdated, and the technicians seem to lack up-to-date knowledge and skills. What’s worse, they appear to take advantage of customers by recommending unnecessary repairs and overcharging for basic services. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and take their vehicles to a more trustworthy and professional repair shop.
