I've had multiple sets of motorcycle parts painted by the folks at Alpha, and they deliver the quality results exactly as promised each time. I chose Alpha over other shops because they are fair and honest in their assessment of what can be done and what the customer should expect with the budget. The shop takes longer than promised to complete the repairs but doesn’t explain why or offer any compensation for the inconvenience, leaving the customer feeling neglected. Not not recommended for people that need a car back immediately.

I feel that I was not treated sincerely, and the entire process was very uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience, and I strongly do not recommend it!
