I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. The equipment is outdated, and the technicians seem to lack up-to-date knowledge and skills. What’s worse, they appear to take advantage of customers by recommending unnecessary repairs and overcharging for basic services. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and take their vehicles to a more trustworthy and professional repair shop.
Well I finally got my car back since ICBC didn't write it off. I got to the shop and walked right by it and missed it. This is because the work was so good I thought it was a new car. These guys were not kidding when they said one stop shopping. So they gave me a loaner car and damn I wanted to keep it since it was so nice..lol Anyway, they unquestionably deserve the 5 star Google review since I'm more than satisfied with the exceptionally high quality work.
