I have been a patient of Alpha Medical Clinic for more than 10 years. I have received excellent care from the clinic and as a result recommended friends and relatives. I guess, after all these years if the services are not good, I would have left for another clinic. But what else do you want that is not done for you at Alpha Medical.
I have been going there for over 6years the nurse manager, staff doctors are very professional. Their practice is exceptional .
Horrible customer service! I called to make an appt. This lady answers the phone and her name is Dayo. She schedules my appt and tells me its a courtesy appt. I asked why she says because i missed an appt back in 2013. What year are we in ppl?? What a way to treat a patient. So i tell her she is rude and she tells me she has 19 lines ringing and cant talk to me. Today is my scheduled appt. I get here and they tell me my appt is cancelled and i wont be seen.
