Best service, very transparent and discreet. Other services in Rochester I called either didn't respond at all, didn't offer any guarantees or weren't concerned at all about privacy. Claudia responded on a Sunday evening, answered my questions, very professional and thorough, explained what she was doing throughout the process, accommodated to the situation, made sure we had as much information as we could and called us with the results on a weekday at 6:45p. She went above and beyond what I expected.

I'm beyond grateful of the services I received. The owner was very helpful, she definitely saved me from being scammed by other people who claimed to do paternity testing for grandparents. Her price was the CHEAPEST and I only waited 4 business days and my results were back. I am just so thankful that I was able to receive the help that I had received and I will truly recommend for people to bring more business to her.
