Worst car wash in nyc. Overpriced with and bare minimum work. Been there 3 times and was disappointed every time. I’ll never go back.
Alpha Car Wash on 11th Ave gets the basic job done if you just need a quick wash, but the equipment and products could definitely use an upgrade. The rubber cleaning strips/brushes seem very worn out with minimal padding left, which doesn’t inspire much confidence for your car’s finish. The vacuum suction was also pretty weak. Overall, acceptable for a fast wash, but the quality of the tools and detailing products could be improved.
