This was my first time at this carwash & my last time. First of all they did not clean & wash my car very well and on top of that the guy who in charge outside didnt wipe my car dry and my mirrow were frozen . I kinda ask them and they keep saying is due because of the weather and keep blaming to the other crew menbers inside the shop. They just lazy doing their Job simple as that. I ask to speak to the manager and they just said they only work there so therefore they cannot solve any issues with their services.

Very average service at astronomical prices. There are not many car washes in Manhattan so the scarcity creates overpriced service.

My experience at Alpha Car Wash & Detailing was okay but not great. The service was average and felt a bit rushed. While the exterior looked cleaner, the interior detailing missed a few noticeable spots, and I expected more attention to detail. The staff was polite, but communication could be better. Overall, it’s an acceptable place if you need a quick wash, but I don’t think it fully lives up to the detailing part of its name.
