TLDR Awning was measured incorrectly and rain water pours into the covered space. Doesn't return phone calls. Alpha Canvas installed an awning for our backyard patio and must have been measured incorrectly because when it rains the water pours into the covered space (basically, it was made too short / the projection was calculated incorrectly).
