This has been the WORST experience ever with a garage door company! I would prefer to put zero stars if I could!! For context, Alpha installed an entire new garage door for us. Our serious concern is Alpha’s DELIBERATE INACTION to warranty their product or repair it properly. Dennis did a great job repairing our broken spring in our garage. We called Alpha C, based on the google reviews, and Dennis was at our front door within 40 minutes. Not only did he repair everything that needed to be fixed, but he actually took the time to explain everything to me, and how we can maintain it in the future to avoid future problems. I would absolutely call Alpha C again in the future.
Dennis helped me out and was provided great service. He showed up on time and had my door working again in no time.
Alex was a wonderful person to have working on our garage door issues. I would be willing to have him back anytime.
The repair person responded to my call within a couple hours and did a great job replacing the springs on my garage door. I definetly would use their garage repair services again in the future.
