This dental clinic provides excellent service! Over the past year, I had multiple treatments at this clinic but unfortunately lost all my receipts. When I needed them for tax filing, more than a year had already passed. The front desk staff went above and beyond, spending a great deal of time retrieving my records from their system, printing them out, and carefully marking each one. Their service was incredibly thorough and thoughtful—truly commendable! Highly recommended!
Their clinic schedules appointments very quickly. My tooth was hurting badly, so I called the clinic and described my situation to the receptionist. They immediately arranged an emergency appointment for me on the same day. When I arrived, the assistant warmly greeted me and took X-rays. Dr. Shebaro, and the rest of the staff there are amazing. I'm a very hard to impress customer, but I only have good things to say about this clinic. The clinic itself is beautiful, all chairs/rooms I visited were extremely clean with top of the line installations. Receptionists are very patient and answer any questions with total respect for their customers. Hygienists I've seen were all very competent on top of being extremely friendly and compasionate. I tell my personal experience, I came here a year ago to make an appointment to wash my teeth. I have full medical insurance. In the absence of pre -assessment to the insurance company, the customer service told me that this time washing is free. After a month, after I washing my teeth, I was told that the insurance could not be reimbursed for some reason. Through negotiation, although I had full insurance, I still paid 40 $.
