I hoped the faucet installation would be straightforward, and it has been working perfectly since the plumber completed the job.
After discovering a persistent sewer issue, I sought a second opinion from another plumber who provided a more detailed explanation and solution approach. Comparing both experiences, the second plumber's clarity and thorough assessment helped me feel more confident in addressing the problem effectively.
I anticipated a straightforward water tank installation, but when the first plumber's assessment left me uncertain, the second opinion clarified some overlooked issues and ensured everything was properly addressed.
The plumber worked well with building management and fixed the garbage disposal in less than an hour replacing a worn out part. This was way more smooth than the last time I had to wait numerous days due to scheduling issue.
The problem turned out to be a faulty valve in the water tank, which was replaced efficiently, but the cleanup of water around the work area could have been more thorough. Overall, I appreciated how they explained each step while completing the repair within an hour.
