I reserved a boat two months in advance, but on the morning of the trip—when my group was only 10 minutes away—I received a call from Alpha informing me that all boats were cancelled for the day and that I should book elsewhere. To make matters worse, the refund I received was for the wrong amount.
This was great. Best experience ever. Evan was professional and patient wit our group.
We celebrated a friends bday this weekend and Jace was our captain, he was fantastic and we’d love to book this again!!
