Easy to book. The autos are always clean and on time. We’ve used Alpha Black Car for years. Friendly people to deal with. Khan the driver instantly helped one of our group when she fell ill getting out of the car. That’s service!
The service is Great and always on time the pickup was seamless. The Drivers are always the best Connor is especially good. Always polite and helpful. I would always recommend them and have used them for over twenty five years
From Palatine to Irving Park Rd. The nicest driver, Mr. Khan, and the nicest drive down. Professional and safe, clean car. Wonderful conversationalist.
The lovely woman, Renea, who answers the phone is so so kind! I feel like I am calling a friend when I call to make reservations. She always knows my name, helps me decide timing and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The drivers are excellent and always early. They lift all the bags in and out of the car, and they are careful. I recommend Alpha Black Car Services to all my friends and neighbors! You will not be sorry booking with them!
