Chelsea is fantastic! My 3 year old has very thick hair - Chelsea has cut his hair twice now and both cuts have been excellent! Finally found a place to continue taking him.
I had a haircut today at 7pm, I arrived at 6:50 just in case they were able to start early. My hair stylist was cutting another guys hair. I proceeded to wait until 7:40 before walking out due to her still cutting the other guys hair.
