Great Private Gym. Not packed at peak hours and the 24 hour access is nice touch. They have all the equipment you could need. The gym had everything for me to lift “athletically” for sports performance to prepare for college.
One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to—spacious, clean, and motivating. The machines are all top-of-the-line and in perfect condition. There’s room for every type of training, from weightlifting to cardio. If you’re serious about your fitness, you need to check this place out!
The Alpha Academy is just amazing! The equipment is modern and well cared for, the personal ones are attentive and highly trained, always ready to guide, and the environment is motivating and welcoming, perfect to achieve any goal
I’ve been training there for almost 2 months now. Everything is clean and organized, got all kinds of machines and, of course, that’s something you won’t find anywhere around here, the 24/7 is amazing ! If you are coming late from work or some trip you can still go there and get the workout done. Also the monthly assessments on the app (if you get the premium membership) it’s easy to follow and more affordable than having a PT. So if you are looking for a gym in the area, that’s the place to go!
