Billy is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Took his time diagnosing my Chevy Malibu’s problem and gave a detailed explanation of the issue.

I’m the owner of a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. My rear brake pads were worn and needed replacing. Another service shop quoted me an outrageous price for work on problems with my Brakes that “could “ happen and recommended I have done. My Brakes were working fine and I just wanted to do preventative maintenance.Billy fully understood my needs and only replaced and serviced what was needed. He provided Top Notch service and my Jeep is braking great. Aloha Auto Works is excellent
No idea how this place got a high rating. Billy is extremely unprofessional and loves to waste people's time. I scheduled an appointment at his direction and he wasn't even at his shop when I arrived for my appointment. He told me he is down the street and proceeded to make me wait for another 30minutes. I do not understand how someone this unprofessional and incompetent can run a shop. STAY AWAY
Billy is great. End of story. On time, fair prices, and responsive.
