Restored my faith in auto repair shops! Past experiences were an oil shop in Royal Oak that didn’t tighten my oil filter so I drove home with oil spilling everywhere. I did all my auto repairs for twenty plus years after that. About four years ago, I tried to have faith and took my auto in for a power steering pump (also in Royal Oak) and they left a rag in my belt which snagged my belt. Update: My Power steering pump went out on my Van. I thought the noise was so loud that I had lost my transmission. It turns out it was my Power steering pump. Zake and the guys fixed it. very good price. I thought I was gonna spend like $3000 bucks an a new transmission. Fixed it. Great job!
