I do not leave negative reviews unless a business commits an offense which displays poor integrity. One of the owners of this dealership contacted me via Facebook regarding a car I had listed on marketplace. After asking for the VIN to pull a vehicle history, they proceeded to offer half of the KBB value for the car. To me, this is a distasteful business practice. Dealerships have access to auto auctions. Wasting the time of individuals for unsolicited extremely low offers is unnecessary. I hope they choose better practices ... read more
Shane is one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever interacted with. No runaround or lies, only honesty and integrity. He worked with me step by step when purchasing and even added a transmission warranty. When I had a belt that needed replaced only a month into having the car he personally covered it and showed real concern over the issue. You’ll never meet another car salesmen better than him! 💯
