Worst’s experience of my life. Still am having trouble getting the title 8 months later after purchasing car!
We bought a vehicle from the Mitchell location. The vehicle is great! They were helpful and friendly!! We'd definitely go back!!
Would not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and difficult to get ahold of. Did not receive title on time, costing us extra money in late fees while licensing.
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I purchased my vehicle from them in September the beginning of September and I still haven’t received my title for the vehicle and it’s December now and they have no explanation and they won’t buy it back and they won’t answer their phones to give me any help at all. Biggest joke of a dealership I’ve ever come across.
