First time to visit Alpha Auto to replace all 4 shocks and struts assembly, Rear Brake Pads & Rotor and Rear Sway Bar Link on my 2008 Honda CRV. Really appreciate the quality of work done in the time agreed with no surprises. Labor charges were very economical compared to other workshops. Definitely recommend to all. Keep up the good work Mr. DAL (owner of the workshop.
I had a very disappointing experience at Alpha Auto Service. Even though we had an appointment, we were left waiting for a long time and nobody even acknowledged us. The staff didn’t ask if we needed help, and there was no communication or response at all. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
