Awful. If I could give no stars I would. No communication, just stopped care when my daughter needs care and consistency. My social worker contacted me a week after they ghosted me to tell me they had ended the contracts and that they had a number of children in need of alternative provision. He told me they were supposed to have given everyone 2 weeks notice of this though! I had the privilege of meeting Nazreen Bibi at a meeting for an ability playpark. She is a lovely lady who is passionate about autism. A more hard working person I've yet to meet.

When my son was placed on a reduced timetable at school due to his needs being too high for their resources, we weren’t sure how to balance work and meeting his needs at home. We found Alpha Autism and were introduced to one of their staff who was absolutely outstanding. We introduced him to her and ensured she understood his routines, interests and needs. She picked him up from school and would take him to the local park, library and other places, then bring him home where he could play his games or watch tv while she made ... read more
