The fact I love about alpha is, it’s all girls gym and for busy mama all I need is one hour in a day.the coaches are very supportive and I would recommend this to everybody who doesn’t know what to do in gym.
I love the fact that it’s all girls gym and I feel safe and comfortable here. For a busy mom and not knowing what to do in a gym this place is best for me and I would recommend it to everybody who doesn’t know what to do in a gym to be strong 💪
This place is great. i’ve always wanted to work out and had multiple gym memberships, but I never felt comfortable or even knew what to do so most of the time I won’t even go and waste my money.Having a class gives me accountability And it being all girls makes me more comfortable. after every class, I feel accomplished and to be honest, I look forward to going every week. Also, I must say Jordan and the other coaches are amazing
Alpha Athletics is my true happy place. 1 hour I get to let loose and work on myself for me. The ladies in this facility will show up for you everytime. They are there to hype you up and encourage you to push harder and offer guidance to help you succeed. I’m so proud to be apart of the alpha family and you will too. Come join us. ❤️
I have been attending alpha athletics for almost a year, and it has truly been something that has changed my health experience. I feel stronger after every class I attend! Each class pushes you and simultaneous you learn that you are more capable than what you think!
