If you are looking for a quote on a new management company, know Alpha Association works only in their best interest and not in conjunction with their clients. Try calling them...you will get no answer. Try emailing them...no response. Try going to a meeting...you might find yourself being the only person wondering around the parking lot. Visit their website URL is broken. Look at their mailing address it's a PO box. Try looking for reviews you won't find any (very strange in 2024). I think I have said enough.
If 0 stars were an option that is one that I would choose. This lady is difficult, rude, disrespectful. Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, doesn't keep decent records, can't answer basic questions and if you press her at all about the quality of her work, she will just tell you that you're being abusive and hang up on you. F- Do not hire this woman.
