My credit union hired them to appraise my home and land. They never called to look inside the home asked me to take the pictures of the house and email them to them they put it as having one less bathroom and no basement didn't put anything about a large barn on property and said I had storage for only 4 cars when there is a 4 car carport and a two car detached garage along with storage for a 40 foot RV and a 24 foot pontoon. Rudest person I have ever spoken with. Homeowner hired to them to refinance their home they reached out to us asking us for the information we nicely told them that they have to go online and submit an order and they treated my assistant horrible and nasty to her. We have 1200 communities we will not recommend this company ever
